 The Division of Endocrinology places special emphasis on the management of diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, and metabolic syndrome. Helping patients gain tight control of their glucose, cholesterol, and blood pressure levels, the Division of Endocrinology monitors medication use and educates patients about medication management. The goal of the patient-doctor relationship is to reduce complications associated with these diseases and disorders.
This clinical division also provides specialized care for patients with hormonal disorders, thyroid disorders, and other glandular disorders.
