Physician Portal
If you are a referring physician, or a member of hospital or diagnostic center staff, you may use the Physician Portal to access select documents from a mutual patients record.
To begin registration and schedule your on-site Physician Portal training, please e-mail info@lociceromedicalgroup.com or call our office at (813) 876-7073.
A member of our staff will visit your office to initiate the service and train staff members to use the Physician Portal. At that time, you will receive a reference manual, as well as a brief DVD for future staff training.
To use the Physician Portal, internet connectivity, a valid e-mail address, and a Windows Internet Explorer browser are required.
We have posted our providers NPI numbers for access by other entities that need these NPI numbers to identify LMG providers in a standard transaction (as required by Federal Law).
